Refund policy

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase date.  Approval / RMA number must be issued before items will be accepted.  

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in the same condition it was shipped out
• refunds will be credited back in the same manner of original payment
• return shipping is NOT refundable and is the responsibility of the purchaser
• items that have been installed or modified in any way, including electronics, will NOT be accepted
• all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
